CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION
Please contact RC Elias Travel and provide all relevant information of the guests (full name and last name, ID cards or passport information and age of each guest) and dates of the rent, time and date of arrival at the airport as well as other flight information. The person who makes the reservation must be of legal age in its country of residence and guarantee to be financially responsible for the payment of the contracted services.
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an answer regarding availability for the requested dates.
50% deposit is required to secure reservation, final is due 45 days before arrival.
Security deposit of $350.00 required
The method of payment can be made by the following in US American dollars
Bank deposit or wire transfer Western Union
Credit Cards will be accepted only when the transfers are by Paypal
All transfer fees and expenses are at charge of the guest/renter.
We will confirm the reservation via email once the payment is made and received.
During your stay in Lima, we will be at your disposal for any questions you might have.
CONDITIONS OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS
At the time and date of the guest’s arrival, an agent or the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment.
At the check-in, the guest will receive the keys of the apartment and all information related to the operation of the property, the zone, and other relevant information that may help to make their stay more comfortable.
At check-out, the guests should leave the apartment in the same conditions of order as which it was received.
RC Elias Travel will not take responsibility for the loss of any property of the guest during his stay in the apartment.
Once the contract is finished and the guest has left the apartment, RC Elias Travel will not take responsibility for lost or forgotten objects in the apartment. The guest is fully responsible for any damage to the apartment.
Forbidden: explosive and/or dangerous materials as well as drugs; disturbance in the building, security of the property or the neighbors.
Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
We must to informed with the total number of guests and only the persons indicated in the reservation will be authorized to use the apartment. The number of guests that use the apartment may not exceed the established capacity; if the number of guests should exceed the capacity, we reserve ourselves the right to ask the customer to leave the property without having the right to claim any compensation.

Late arrivals and check-outs will have to be coordinated with us with minimum 72 hours in advance.
At check-out, the guest will have to return the keys of the apartment to our representative or leave them at the reception.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation must be made in writing 45 days in advance and a cancellation fee will apply
Less than 45 days before arrival, cancellation is 50% of the amount paid
Less than 7 days before arrival is Non-refundable
Changes are subject to availability with a $50.00 change fee
No money will be refunded if the guest leaves the apartment before the check out date; it will be considered as compensation for breach of contract.
